I had a fine week. The 2 pounds I gained last week are going + 1 more pound. I need to fit in a bit more exercise this week. (Tony was gone last week on business, so I had a hard time getting away from my kiddos; but really that's an excuse). I used to enjoy exercising, but I don't like it anymore-- it hurts! I guess that shows just how much I do need to get into shape so that it feels good again. But oh-- it seems like such a long way to get there.

Exercise 5x (for at least 20 minutes)

Oh Shelly, I totally feel for you. I Hate when husband travels! Boy oh boy my hips have been aching like never in my life. I just keep telling myself keep moving, get off the extra weight and I'll feel so much better. Good luck this week.

I'm right there with you Shelly. I used to love to exercise too, but it's so hard when you're sore for days after just 1/3 of what I used to do. Just remember, it will get better. Keep up the good work.
