Had a good week- down 1 pound. I wasn't as enthusiastic about the treadmill. I get sidetracked and distracted easily if people need me- sick baby- stressed kids- went out of town for the weekend and left the baby for the first time plus she was still sickly. I did get on the treadmill every day but 2 days was just for 5 minutes or so. I feel fine about saving the treats for the weekend and keeping those to a minimum. Need to drink more water and work a little harder on the walk/jogging. Carrie- you are amazing with your exercise.

having trouble logging in so I'll just post here----hope you guys see this. Ok so I had a pretty good week I logged 37 miles. And did some resstance training. THe scale is not reflecting much. I weighed in at 178 today....stupid sale. Good new...I am feeling smaller, more toned and I am not completely disgusted when I am sitting in the car and my back fat is preventing me from sitting all the way againt the seat. Back fat...is there anything grosser? Fit into my size 12's this week so excited to fit into my size 10s. 12 more lbs to go to get to there....UUUGGGHHHH.....No I am going to thin of it as 14 lbs down. (I was 192 when everything had settled down from having the baby.) So glad we all had good weeks. Really when you think about it 2 lbs doesn't sound like a lot but what if we did that for 15 straight weeks. Yahoo! Sarah- thanks.....I'm not so great with my food intake. I can exercise til the cows come home but when it comes to honey bits?.....dont even ask....
